How to learn Integrative Chinese Medicine (ICM)?

To answer this question first of all you have to make the following decision:

Decide at what level of competence you are now …

There are three levels:

1st Level: You never heard about TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) or ICM (Integrative Chinese Medicine) but you want to start treating patients with herbs and you want to be a Herbal Practitioner >>> continue here

2nd Level: You have or have not experiences in TCM and you want to become a ICM-Practitioner. A ICM-Practitioner is able to successfully use proven herbal treatment, acupuncture and/or yangsheng lifestyle counseling on the basis of chinese syndrom diagnosis >>> continue here

3rd Level: You have experiences in ICM on an ICM-Practitioner-Level and you want to become a Master in ICM. A ICM-Master is able to analyze and adjust proven herbal formulas, acupuncture formulas and/or to apply yangsheng lifestyle coaching to the patient/client >>> continue here

 

1st Level: Herbal Practitioner

This is your situation: You never heard about TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) or ICM (Integrative Chinese Medicine) but you want to start treating patients with herbal prescriptions.

2nd Level: ICM-Practitioner

This is your situation: You have or have not experiences in TCM and you want to become a ICM-Practitioner. As an ICM-Practitioner you will be able to successfully use proven herbal treatment, acupuncture and/or yangsheng lifestyle counseling on the basis of chinese syndrom diagnosis.

On your way to become a ICM-Practitioner you first of all have to learn chinese syndrom diagnosis on the basis of temperature, 4 imbalances system, 5 organs system and the differential questions.
